As a Fitness Coach, Pilates and Yoga Instructor I will help you to be motivated for a balanced life with more exercise. Being fit is part of balance and wellness feeling. Movement and exercise is often something we implement last in our busy schedules, but for health and happiness it is an important part. I will help you to be motivated and to find easy ways to improve your fitness with an unique personal plan which can include strength, flexibility, relaxation or cardiovascular training.
As a Reiki Master I am educated and capable to support you in the area to get an strong healthy mind, finding balance, inner peace and quiet time.
